No. Each person is permitted one account only. Duplicate accounts are prohibited under the Terms and Conditions. If a duplicate is detected, both accounts may be suspended and bonus balances forfeited. Any real-money PKR balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to your Easypaisa or JazzCash wallet before the account is closed. Bonus balances are forfeited at closure. Bank IBFT transfers can take up to 30 minutes during banking hours. Card payments are usually instant. Go to Account → Withdraw, enter the amount, and select your withdrawal method (Easypaisa, JazzCash, bank account, etc.). Withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfers may take up to 1 business day. No. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is fully met. However, your real-money balance (actual deposits and confirmed winnings from completed wagers) can always be withdrawn at any time, regardless of any active bonus.
